2025 Pioneers-in-Training Tuition
Toddlers ages 20-30 months have their own program and can attend 2, 3, or 5 times per week. Campers ride the morning bus and are picked up by a parent or caregiver at 12:15 pm. Morning snack is included. Limited enrollment – no credits apply.

Deposit
A deposit of $2,000 per camper is required upon enrollment. Payment in full is due by April 1, 2025. Please make checks payable to Coleman Country Day Camp. Please note that a $100 fee applies after May 1, 2025 for any session change.
Manhattan Surcharge
There is a $500 surcharge per camper for Manhattan transportation.
Split Transportation
Transportation to and from camp on the same bus route in area served is included in the camp tuition. If a camper requires a second bus route, there is a $300 transportation surcharge per child added to the tuition cost.
Credit Card Payments
A 3% service fee is applied to all credit card payments. No fee for debit card payments.
Refund Policy
Payments are refundable up until March 1, 2025, less a $250 administrative fee. No refunds after March 1, 2025. Note, the 3% service fee for payments made via credit card is non-refundable. Days missed due to illness, vacation or absence may not be changed or substituted.
